Excellent with chicken, pork, turkey, duck, lamb, game, beef......grilled meat with the proper pairing of chutney and cheese is where it's at! It gives the most beautiful synthesis of smoke, heat, savoury, freshness and richness every time if you learn how to match them right. Don't worry, it's pretty easy once you get into it. They can be used beside meats as a dipping sauce, on top as a thick glaze or even spread over a Naan or pizza dough as a base to be topped and baked.
