Luke’s Cranberry- Pomegranate Sauce

Our take on a traditional cranberry sauce featuring fresh cranberries, pomegranate juice, Chardonnay, Grand Marnier and orange zest. A great match for turkey, chicken, pork, game and especially smoked duck and assorted charcuterie. Very fruit-forward. Both acidic and refreshing and is excellent in both savoury and sweet applications.
