Quality Ingredients

Each of our products begins with a “dream” or inspiration. From there, we search hard to find the best and most beautiful, natural ingredients we can and arrange them so that each one enhances the nuance of the others and creates a beautiful bouquet of flavour.

A few examples of our quality:

• We use only fresh, hand-picked herbs
• We hand trim and zest whole ginger root
• We use only freshly zested citrus
• We use freshly broken whole spices and have even created some of our own extracts when we couldn’t find one that met our standards.
• We do not believe in the phrase “good ENOUGH”.
