Luke’s Mango- Lime Chutney

So tropical and fun. This is a classic chutney. Juicy mango, lime zest, ginger root, curry, cumin and a hint of sweet chilies are set off by a generous kiss of Chardonnay. You’ll love it with Cajun Shrimp, as a shrimp dip, or over white fish or salmon. Also a great finish for pork chops or chicken especially when topped with melted Brie.
