Luke’s Apple- Plum Chutney

Freshly cut apples, plums and sweet onions are resting in a thick, hard apple cider reduction and set off by ginger root, a hint of chilies, and a refreshing kiss of lime zest and fresh-picked mint. Beautifully coloured and aromatic. Dress it up with Briè or Chèvre and a little more fresh-picked mint or lime zest to compliment chicken, pork, duck or game.
